Where silent illumination takes place, the sky is clear autumn. Illumination is without the effort of illuminating; light and shadow are severed. This is the very season of completely transcending to the true attainment. The source is pure and its essence numinous; the pivot is empty and its mechanism lively. Distinctly, original brightness manifests within it; then one can bring it forth: atop every single affair, it is precisely complete. Identical with the two primal forces, equal to the myriad phenomena, open and vast, vertical and horizontal. Heavenly along with heaven, human along with humans, adapting one's body and manifesting one's form to expound the Dharma for them. One who can realize it fully like this is vast and without obstruction.
