Multiplying the body in the midst of bustle, appearing right before you in every encounter, there is not a bit of an external sense-realm. The two principles share the same root; the myriad phenomena are of one substance. Yielding to change and according with transformation, one is not ensnared by conditioning at all. This is precisely one who attains great ease and freedom. Wind moves and the moon shines, neither obstructing things. Afterward, step back to rest, and then come within to take up the burden. Wisdom turns and principle is complete; merit is forgotten and the position is fulfilled. Not falling into the exalted place, one enters the stream and merges with the dust, transcending all and shining alone. Only then do you know that carrying on the lineage is merit, but once it is carried on, it is no longer deemed one's merit.
