1.73

二月十五上堂。不曾生不曾死。洞裡桃花紅照水。可憐開眼被渠瞞。人間天上風波起。還有不被瞞底麼。一盞清茶一瓣香。分明天曉打三更。

Ascending the hall on the fifteenth day of the second month: Never born, never dying; peach blossoms in the ravine glow red reflecting upon the water. Pitiful that with eyes open one is deceived by him, giving rise to wind and waves in the human world and heaven above. Is there still anyone who is not deceived? A cup of clear tea, a stick of incense; clearly it is daybreak, yet the third watch is struck.
