垂示云。有佛處不得住。住著頭角生。無佛處急走過。不走過。草深一丈。直饒淨裸裸赤灑灑。事外無機機外無事。未免守株待兔。且道總不恁麼。作麼生行履。試舉看。

The pointer says: Where there is a Buddha, you must not stay; if you stay, horns will sprout. Where there is no Buddha, run past quickly; if you do not run past, the grass will grow ten feet deep. Even if you are stark naked and clean, with no dynamic function outside of phenomena and no phenomena outside of dynamic function, you still cannot avoid watching the stump waiting for a hare.
