舉。三聖問雪峯。透網金鱗未審。以何為食。（不待垂綸自上鉤）峯云。待汝出網來。向汝道（逢人且說三分話）聖云。一千五百人善知識。話頭也不識（靈山授記也不似今日）峯云。老僧住持事繁（腦後見腮）。

Case: Sansheng asked Xuefeng, 'The golden fish that has passed through the net—I wonder, what does it take for food?'
(Without waiting for the line to be cast, it takes the hook of itself)
Feng said, 'Wait until you come out of the net, then I will tell you.'
