示眾云。動則埋身千丈。不動則當處生苗。直須兩頭撒開。中間放下。更買草鞋行脚始得。

Instruction to the assembly: If you move, you bury yourself a thousand fathoms deep; if you do not move, sprouts grow on the spot. You must cast off both ends, let go of the middle, and buy another pair of straw sandals for foot-travel; only then will you succeed.
