答。此亦是可聞者自識變生。佛實不說。但為增上也。眾生識上變此言故。故引為證。

Answer: This too is transformed and produced by the consciousness of those capable of hearing; the Buddha in reality did not speak, but merely served as a sovereign condition. Because such words were transformed upon the consciousness of sentient beings, they are cited as proof.
