94.31

現寶藏經云。菩薩問文殊師利。以何緣故。一切諸法皆是佛法。文殊言。如佛智所覺。又問。如何佛智所覺。乃至答言。解自心如故。

The Ratnakaraṇḍakasūtra states: “A bodhisattva asked Mañjuśrī: ‘For what reason are all phenomena the Buddha Dharma?’ Mañjuśrī said: ‘Because they are awakened to by the Buddha’s wisdom.’ He further asked: ‘How are they awakened to by the Buddha’s wisdom?’ Up to the answer: ‘Because of understanding the suchness of one’s own citta.’”
