The Wuya ji zongchi jing says: 'In the span of a single thought-moment, one can know all dharmas of the three times to be completely equal, penetrating them all without exception. That person ultimately has no divergent actions and also no divergent thoughts.'
Explanation: As for the Wuya ji zongchi jing: its title indicates the source, meaning that the true mind is boundless, holding all dharmas and gathering them into one substance; hence it says 'equal'. For a person of such penetration, to 'ultimately have no divergent actions' is because they know there is no dharma outside the mind that could serve as a distinction; to 'also have no divergent thoughts' is because there is no dharma within the mind that could give rise to conceptualization. Therefore, the 'Ten Dedications' chapter of the Avataṃsaka-sūtra says: 'When the bodhisattva-mahāsattva dedicates in this way, their eyes ultimately do not see any impure buddha-lands, nor do they see sentient beings with divergent characteristics, because mind and object are unified as tathatā.'
