不退轉法輪經云。善知一切眾生無相。悉同法界。非見非不見。何以故。法界即是一切眾生心界。是名信行。
The Anivartana-dharmacakra-sūtra says: 'Skillfully knowing that all sentient beings are without characteristic and completely identical with the dharmadhātu is neither seeing nor non-seeing. Why is this? The dharmadhātu is precisely the mind-realm of all sentient beings. This is called the practice of faith.'
