96.6

賢劫定意經云。若有菩薩平等三昧。諸根具足。聖慧成就。是曰一心。又云。其在禪定。不著內外。亦無中間。是曰一心。

The Xianjie dingyi jing says: 'If there is a bodhisattva whose equanimous samādhi is complete in all faculties and accomplished in noble wisdom, this is called the one mind.' It also says: 'When resting in meditative absorption, not clinging to the internal or external, nor to the intermediate: this is called the one mind.'
