稠禪師云。一切外緣。名無定相。是非生滅。一由自心。若自心不心。誰嫌是非。能所俱無。即諸相恒寂。

Chan Master Chou said: "All external conditions are named without fixed characteristics. Right and wrong, arising and ceasing, all depend entirely on one's own citta. If one's own citta does not act as citta, who dislikes right and wrong? When both subject and object are absent, all characteristics are eternally quiescent."
