高僧釋曇遂。每言。三界虛妄。但是一心。追求外境。未悟難息。
The eminent monk, the Śākya Tansui, constantly said: "The three realms are false and illusory; they are only the one mind. When one pursues external objects, unawakened, it is difficult to rest."
