百法鈔云。大乘一切。皆是心所變。故離心之外。更無有法。即萬般造作。皆不離心。千種起言。豈超心外。
The Baifa chao states: 'All things in the Great Vehicle are transformations of the mind. Therefore, apart from the mind, there are no other phenomena. That is, the myriad kinds of creations are none of them apart from the mind; how could thousands of types of arising words transcend the exterior of the mind?'
