顯揚論云。由所依所緣力而得建立。由所依力者。謂立眼識。乃至意識。由所緣力者。謂立色識。乃至法識。青識黃識。乃至苦識樂識。

The Prakaraṇāryavācāśāstra states: "Establishment is obtained through the force of the support and the force of the object. 'Through the force of the support' means establishing the eye-consciousness up to the manovijñāna. 'Through the force of the object' means establishing the visual-form consciousness up to the mental-object consciousness, the blue-consciousness and the yellow-consciousness up to the painful-feeling consciousness and the pleasurable-feeling consciousness."
