Answer: In the stage of ordinary beings, when comprehensively considering the seeds of the three realms and nine stages, they all fully possess the one hundred dharmas. In the fruitional stage of the Buddhas, they possess only sixty-six dharmas: removing the six fundamental kleśas, twenty upakleśas, four indeterminate factors, and four among the non-associated formations, thirty-four dharmas in total are excluded.
