問：「菩薩大業，以攝化為基；何乃獨宿孤峯、入深蘭若，既違本願，何成利人？」

Question: "The great undertaking of a bodhisattva takes gathering and transforming [sentient beings] as its foundation. Why then lodge alone on a solitary peak or enter deep into an araṇya? Since this goes against the original vow, how can it achieve the benefiting of others?"
