問：「西天九十六種外道，各立修行之門，勤苦兢兢，非無善業。云何報盡，還入輪迴，不得解脫？」

Question: “The ninety-six kinds of non-Buddhist paths in the Western Land each establish a gate of cultivation, striving diligently and painstakingly, not without good karma. Why is it that when their retributions are exhausted, they return again to transmigration and fail to attain liberation?”
