1.61

黃龍曰。夫人語默舉措。自謂上不欺天。外不欺人。內不欺心。誠可謂之得矣。然猶戒謹乎獨居隱微之間。果無纖毫所欺。斯可謂之得矣（答荊公書）。

Huanglong said: "When a person in speech, silence, actions, and conduct says to himself that above he does not deceive Heaven, outside he does not deceive others, and inside he does not deceive his mind, he may truly be called to have attained it. Yet if he still remains cautious and watchful when living alone and in hidden, subtle moments, so that indeed there is not the slightest deceit, only then can he truly be called to have attained it."
