種麥辛勤磨麥難。莫將洗麫作盤飡。為憐枉費情何似。
恰與山僧肉一般。

Planting wheat is toil, and grinding wheat is hard;
Do not take washed flour to make a feast.
Out of pity for this wasteful squandering, what does it feel like?
It is just like slicing the flesh of this mountain monk.
