道者疎飡樂有餘。淨人還不費工夫。尋常普請供承外。
落得參禪誦佛書。

The practitioner of the Way eats sparsely and has joy to spare;
The monastery helpers also spend no wasted effort.
Apart from serving at the daily communal labor,
They have ample time for Chan inquiry and reciting Buddhist scriptures.
