太平生齒漸增加。美食鮮衣器用華。地方有窮財有限。
此時宜儉不宜奢。

During great peace, the population gradually multiplies;
Fine food, fresh clothes, and utensils are all magnificent.
The land has its limits, and wealth is finite;
At such a time, one should be frugal and not extravagant.
