30.16

第一小劫（減增）過去劫壞。一切有情久集光音天中。天眾既多居處迫窄。諸福減者應下居。

The first small kalpa (decreasing and increasing). When the past kalpa was destroyed, all sentient beings gathered for a long time in the Ābhāsvara Heaven. As the heavenly host grew numerous, their dwelling places became cramped and confined. Those whose merits had decreased were destined to descend and dwell below.
