興平二年。下邳相笮融（側格切）起佛祠。課人誦經浴佛設齋。時會者五千餘人。

In the second year of the Xingping reign, Ze Rong (ze pronounced as [ce-ge]), Chancellor of Xiapi, erected a Buddhist shrine. He tasked people with reciting scriptures, bathing the Buddha, and setting out vegetarian feasts; at the time, more than five thousand people assembled.
