37.60

大建元年四月。善慧大士示寂。七日縣令陳鐘耆來禮敬。傳香之次猶反掌受香。舉眾驚異。勅徐陵撰碑山中。

In the fourth month of the first year of Dajian, Mahāsattva Shanhui manifested his decease. After seven days, the county magistrate Chen Zhongqi came to pay homage. When passing the incense, [the Mahāsattva] still turned his palm to receive it. The entire assembly was astonished. An imperial decree ordered Xu Ling to compose a stele inscription in the mountains.
