Xin Yanzhi, Regional Inspector of Luzhou, erected a fifteen-story stupa. A man of the prefecture named Zhang Yuan died suddenly, but revived and said, 'My spirit wandered to heaven and saw a hall of extreme loftiness and beauty. A heavenly being said, "Fortuitously, the Regional Inspector has great merit; this hall was made to await him."'”
