正觀元年正月。詔京城德行沙門。並令入內殿行道七日。度天下僧尼三千人。詔以皇家舊宅通義宮為興聖寺○詔沙門光智。於大興善寺譯寶星經等五部。左僕射房元齡等監護。

In the first month of the first year of Zhenguan, an edict ordered virtuous śramaṇas of the capital to enter the inner palace to practice the Way for seven days. Three thousand monks and nuns were ordained throughout the empire. An edict converted the imperial family's old residence, the Tongyi Palace, into Xingsheng Monastery. An edict ordered the śramaṇa Guangzhi to translate five texts, including the Ratnaketu Sūtra, at Daxingshan Monastery, with Vice Director of the Left Fang Xuanling and others supervising.
