十三年。詔兩街臨壇大德圓照等十四人。集安國寺定四分律新舊兩疏。僉定一本。

In the thirteenth year, an imperial decree instructed fourteen Great Virtues who presided over the platform from the two streets, including Yuanzhao, to assemble at Anguo Monastery to collate the new and old commentaries on the Four-Part Vinaya and finalize a unified edition.
