四年。泗州刺史劉讓言。修僧伽弟子木叉塔。得舍利八百粒進上。詔以其骨塑為像。諡曰真相。

In the fourth year, Liu Rang, Prefect of Sizhou, reported that in repairing the stupa of Muca, a disciple of Saṅgha, they obtained eight hundred grains of relics and presented them to the throne. An imperial decree ordered that his bones be sculpted into an image, with the posthumous title True Form.
