七年。勅於京師大建慈化寺。謂宰臣曰。此蓋為先帝薦福之舉。今後毋得無故擅興力役。
The seventh year [1029]. An edict ordered the extensive construction of the Cihua Temple in the capital, saying to the grand councillors: "This is done to transfer merit to the late Emperor. Henceforth, corvée labor must not be initiated without just cause."
