述曰。太祖始封宋。其後遂以建國。暨汴京失守而高宗即位於宋所以上合建國之符下昭中興之祚也。
The commentary says: Taizu was originally enfeoffed in Song, and subsequently founded the dynasty based on it. When Bianjing was lost, Gaozong ascended the throne at Song[zhou]; this matched above with the auspicious omen of founding the dynasty, and manifested below the fortune of revival.
