中書省臣言。江南民貧僧富。諸寺觀田土非宋舊制。并累朝所賜者。仍舊與民均役。從之。

The officials of the Central Secretariat stated: 'In Jiangnan the commoners are poor while the monks are wealthy. The lands of the various monasteries and abbeys that were not under the old system of the Song and were bestowed during successive reigns should still be subjected to corvée equally with the commoners as before.' This was approved.
