晉安帝。沙門曇翼誦法華。感普賢來試。（云云）○沙門法莊誦法華。房門神兵衛護○沙門曇邃。赴曰塢神祠。請講法華九十日。

Under Emperor An of the Jin: The śramaṇa Tanyi recited the Lotus Sūtra and moved Samantabhadra to come and test him (and so on). ○ The śramaṇa Fazhuang recited the Lotus Sūtra, and divine soldiers guarded his room's door. ○ The śramaṇa Tansui went to the Yue Shrine of the Wu deity, where he was requested to lecture on the Lotus Sūtra for ninety days.
