晉安帝。曇無讖在涼譯經。後西歸。涼王遣人刺於路。王見神人以劍刺之。遂卒。
Under Emperor An of the Jin: Dharmakṣema was translating scriptures in Liang. Later, as he was returning to the west, the King of Liang sent men to assassinate him on the road. The king then saw a divine being stab him with a sword, whereupon he died.
