（三十三　丙戌）　五月制天下度僧尼。並令祠部給牒。今謂之祠部者。自此而始也。

[33, bingxu] In the fifth month, it was decreed that for the ordination of monks and nuns throughout the realm, ordination certificates must all be issued by the Ministry of Rites (Cibu). What is nowadays called 'Cibu' [ordination certificates] began from this.
