（己亥）　○歐陽脩宋祁。修唐書成○修又撰五代史七十四卷。將舊唐史所載釋道之事。並皆刪去。惜哉。

(Jihai) ○ Ouyang Xiu and Song Qi completed the compilation of the Tang History. ○ Xiu also compiled the History of the Five Dynasties in seventy-four fascicles; he expunged entirely all matters concerning Buddhism and Daoism recorded in the Old Tang History. How lamentable!
