（七）　燧人氏。鑽木出火。禮曰。燔黍擘豚。注曰。中古未有釜甑。擇米脾肉加于燒石之上食矣。古今記曰。以木德王。治八萬年。

(7) Suiren Shi. He drilled wood to produce fire. The Classic of Rites says: 'They roasted broomcorn millet and cleaved suckling pigs.' The commentary says: 'In middle antiquity there were not yet cauldrons and steamers; they chose grain and sliced meat, placing them on heated stones to eat.' The Gujin ji says: 'He ruled through the virtue of Wood, reigning for 80,000 years.'
