帝至香山。山半有泉。問僧此泉足僧用否。僧回奏云。日供一千僧。流注尚無竭。賜白金一錠。命築亭蓋覆。貴其利濟宋鎮庫栴檀方圓丈餘。

The Emperor arrived at Mount Xiang. Halfway up the mountain there was a spring. He asked the monks whether this spring was sufficient for monastic use. A monk replied in a memorial: "It supplies a thousand monks daily, and its flow has never yet been exhausted." He bestowed an ingot of white silver and ordered a pavilion built to cover it, prizing its benefits. The sandalwood that guarded the treasury of the Song was more than a zhang in circumference.
