北齊二月。太子殷立。改元乾明。八月太后廢之為濟南王。常山王演立。十一月改皇建元年。皇建二年十月帝畋獵墜馬絕脇殂。遺命弟湛入繼大統。改皇建二年為太寧元年。演湛皆宣帝之弟。

In Northern Qi, in the second month, Crown Prince Yin was enthroned and changed the reign era to Qianming. In the eighth month, the Empress Dowager deposed him to King of Jinan. Yan, King of Changshan, was enthroned, and in the eleventh month changed the era to the first year of Huangjian. In the tenth month of the second year of Huangjian, while hunting, the Emperor fell from his horse, broke his ribs, and died. By his testamentary command, his younger brother Zhan succeeded to the great line, changing the second year of Huangjian to the first year of Taining. Both Yan and Zhan were younger brothers of Emperor Xuan.
