沙門竺法義。王道孔敷。承風敬友。帝甞遣使徵請殿中。講說經典。武帝每從而聽。是年入寂。帝賜錢十萬。營塔葬新亭岡。今天安寺也（本傳）。

Śramaṇa Zhu Fayi: When the Kingly Way was greatly expounded, [the Emperor] followed the virtuous influence and respectfully befriended him. The Emperor once sent an envoy to invite him to the palace hall to lecture and explain the scriptures. Emperor Wu frequently attended to listen. In this year he entered quiescence. The Emperor granted one hundred thousand coins to construct a stupa and bury him at Xinting Ridge, which is present-day Tian'an Monastery (from his biography).
