清規　百丈山大智海禪師創立也。猶佛之律條。動靜云為折旋俯仰莫可犯也。叢林尊行之。又有日用小清規。永明壽禪師所作也。

Pure Regulations (Qinggui). They were founded by Chan Master Dazhi Hai of Mount Baizhang. They are like the Buddha's Vinaya rules: movement and stillness, speech and deed, every turn, bowing and looking up must not be violated. Monasteries respectfully practice them. There are also the Small Daily Pure Regulations, composed by Chan Master Shou of Yongming.
