壬午永淳元年。隱士孫思邈卒。孫善莊老陰陽醫藥之術。尤尊釋典。稱孫真人。

Renwu, the first year of Yongchun. The recluse Sun Simiao died. Sun was skilled in the arts of Zhuangzi, Laozi, yin and yang, and medicine; he particularly revered Buddhist scriptures and was called the Perfected Sun.
