台州白蓮寺法真大師處咸。七月二十三日與眾言別。跏趺而逝。嗣法二弟子。曰智涌了然。曰真教智僊。僊傳圓智。上竺證悟大師也（釋統）。

Great Master Fazhen Chuxian of Bailian Monastery in Taizhou took leave of the assembly on the twenty-third day of the seventh month and passed away in the lotus posture. He had two dharma heirs: Zhiyong Liaoran and Zhenjiao Zhixian. Zhixian transmitted the dharma to Yuanzhi, who was Great Master Zhenggu of Upper Zhuji Monastery (Shitong).
