宋詔以女真來和。大赦天下。諸郡縣州建報恩光孝禪寺（以崇寧萬壽天寧寺改也）奉徽宗皇帝香火（釋統興廢志中興曆）。

Under the Song, an imperial edict was issued declaring that because the Jurchens had made peace, a great amnesty was granted throughout the realm. The various commanderies, counties, and prefectures were ordered to construct Bao'en Guangxiao Chan Monasteries (renaming the Chongning, Wanshou, and Tianning Monasteries) to maintain incense and lamp offerings for Emperor Huizong (Shitong xingfei zhi, Zhongxing li).
