宋勅於臨安府西山建天申萬壽圓覺寺成。四月十九日。令藩邸看經僧德信奉香火。至理宗寶慶二年五月十三日。始詔師贊住持。傳十方天台教觀（圓覺碑刻）。

In the Song, by imperial decree, Tianshen Wanshou Yuanjue Monastery was completed at West Mountain in Lin'an Prefecture. On the nineteenth day of the fourth month, the scripture-reciting monk Dexin from the princely mansion was ordered to make offerings of incense and lamps. Not until the thirteenth day of the fifth month in the second year of Baoqing under Emperor Lizong was an imperial order first issued commanding Master Zan to serve as abbot and transmit the Tiantai teachings and contemplation to all ten directions (Yuanjue stele inscription).
