丁酉嘉熙元年　戊戌二年　己亥三年。詔覈州縣義倉以備賑濟　庚子四年右相史嵩之以稱提會子。以五折二十七界會子五道准十八界一道（續宋通鑑）。

The year dingyou was the first year of Jiaxi; the year wuxu was the second year; the year jihai was the third year. An edict ordered an inspection of the charitable granaries in the prefectures and counties to prepare for famine relief. In the year gengzi, the fourth year, the Right Grand Councilor Shi Songzhi stabilized the value of the Huizi banknotes, exchanging five notes of the twenty-seventh series at a five-to-one discount to equal one note of the eighteenth series (Xu Song tongjian).
