辛酉淳祐元年　壬寅二年。癸卯三年。甲辰四年。史彌忠薨。特贈少師保寧軍節度使鄭國公。令有司定諡以聞。詔彌忠子嵩之。起復右丞相。兼樞密使永國公。乙巳五年嵩之致仕。丙午六年丁未七年。

The year xinyou was the first year of Chunyou; the year renyin was the second year; the year guimao was the third year; the year jiachen was the fourth year. Shi Mizhong passed away; he was specially posthumously bestowed the titles of Junior Preceptor, Military Commissioner of the Baoning Army, and Duke of Zheng, with orders given to the relevant officials to determine a posthumous name and report it. An edict summoned Mizhong's son Songzhi out of mourning to serve as Right Grand Councilor, concurrently Bureau of Military Affairs Commissioner, and Duke of Yong. In the year yisi, the fifth year, Songzhi retired from office. The year bingwu was the sixth year; the year dingwei was the seventh year.
