戊戌十八年　宋龍鳳四年。學士歐陽玄字原功。文章道德卓然名世。凡大制作多出其手。年八十五。諡曰文。圭齋集。

The eighteenth year, wuxu (1358); the fourth year of Song Longfeng. Academician Ouyang Xuan, courtesy name Yuangong, was distinguished throughout the age for his literary compositions and moral virtue. Most grand official writings came from his hand. He was eighty-five years old. He was given the posthumous title Wen. His work was the Guizhai ji.
