壬辰二十九年。楊恭懿奉元人。初與許衡俱徵不起。太子真金令有司。以漢聘四皓故事聘之。考正曆法授集賢學士。至是卒。

In the twenty-ninth year, a renyin year [1292], Yang Gongyi was a native of Fengyuan. Initially, when summoned alongside Xu Heng, he would not rise to serve. Crown Prince Zhenjin ordered the authorities to recruit him following the precedent of the Han dynasty's summoning of the Four Whiteheads. He examined and corrected the calendar system, was appointed Academician of the Hall of Assembled Worthies, and died at this time.
