一凡僧與俗齋。其合用文書。務依修齋行移體式。除一表三申三牒三帖三疏三榜。不許文繁別立名色。妄費紙劄以耗民財。

Whenever monks hold vegetarian feasts for the laity, the documents to be used must strictly accord with the standard official forms for conducting fasts. Aside from one memorial (biao), three petitions (shen), three certificates (die), three notices (tie), three statements (shu), and three placards (bang), they are not permitted to complicate the text or create separate categories, recklessly wasting paper and consuming the people's wealth.
